Biography of Dr. King

Dr. King was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He met his future wife Karen while working at the University of Pennsylvania.

He went to medical school at the University of Florida. Concurrently, he earned a Master’s of Public Health from Yale University.

He completed his Dermatology residency at the University of Cincinnati, where he was a Chief Resident. He worked in a group practice for two years in Cincinnati.

Biography of Cindy Kirkpatrick, RN, DNC

Cindy was born in West Palm Beach, FL and raised in Martin County.  She has been married to her spouse for 38 years.  They have three children and 1 grandchild.

Cindy attended Palm Beach Community College where she earned her AS degree in Nursing.  She has worked in many specialties including Hospice, Plastic Surgery, Home Care, Operating room, Orthopedics, and Dermatology.  She is currently a Certified Dermatology Nurse.  She has worked for Dr. King for 16 years, currently in the capacity of Registered Nurse and Practice Manager.

Cindy enjoys running, swimming, and biking.  She enjoys doing triathlons and has successfully completed three half ironman races (70.3) and has attempted a full ironman race (144.6), completing the swim and the bike, but not the run.  She is training in 2020 to conquer Ironman Chattanooga.

Cindy and her husband currently have 2 dogs, 4 cats, and 3 chickens.  They enjoy fishing, house remodeling, and gardening.
